About THAI WORD

THAI WORD

We started our operation as a California 501(c)(3) tax-exempt religious nonprofit in 2015. In 2022, THAI WORD has winded down our operation. By the end of June 2022, we no longer accept any donation.

Our plan is to complete our dissolution in 2023. However, we are making our works available royalty-free to anyone who wish to print and distribute our special Gospel Books.

Mission: We are a Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to introducing Christianity to the 67 Million Thai people who have never heard the Gospel.

Vision: Sow the seeds of faith in Thai hearts, and God's Word in Thai homes.

We accomplish these by creating new tools for evangelism and discipleship, then giving these tools absolutely free of charge to Thai churches and ministries.

A Messege

From THAI WORD Founder

Greetings from Thailand

I and my family entered the mission field in 2011 to work with a Christian organization that fought child trafficking in Thailand. Four years later, it became apparent that God was calling me to focus on proclaiming the Gospel to 99% of the Thai people who never heard.

Specifically, the Lord was calling me to write.

  • First, make his message clear and simple, so that Thai people can read and understand.
  • Second, make God's Word freely available to 67 million people in Thailand by working in close partnership with Thai churches and ministries.

Like John the Baptist, our task is to ‘Prepare the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.’

This is an incredibly exciting mission field. For hundreds of years, despite comparatively good religious liberty, Christians have not been able to introduce Jesus to the vast majority of the Thai people.

But the world is changing, and so is Thailand. Thai Christians and missionaries are watching expectantly at what the Lord is doing to open the hearts of the Thai people to the Gospel. I think I would not be too far off to say that the time is NOW!

So I want to ask you to join me in praying and acting to sow God's Word to the good soil of Thai hearts. Remove all hindrances. And finally we will see God changing Thailand into the disciple of Jesus.

Joe published and distributed the first edition during 2014 Christmas season.

Joe officially incorporated THAI WORD as an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) Christian nonprofit organization in 2015. He started serving full-time with THAI WORD in Thailand in June, 2015.
